What engine is being used to run Last Haven? Just wondering. Hopefully, this is in the right topic area because this would something I would want to know before trying to develop.

Since I'm probably one of the only ones who knows some code and am up in the list, I'm thinking maybe the Unreal engine. It's an FPS and has good graphics, as well as physics, but I'm not too keen on game engines. The game is an MMORPG FPS so whatever you think works best would probably suffice.

I was going to heavily suggest Unreal for all of those same reasons!

Yes sir, also I like the community and documentation that Epic Games has provided. Had I ever needed help I simply asked on the forums and usually people will help out.

Well, it doesn't hurt that it's become such a popular engine that there's almost always someone building a game with it.
